shipping

we can ship anywhere, but concrete is heavy, so it can get pricy depending on how far away you live. we’re located in saskatoon, sk. if you live in saskatoon you can pick up your product for free, or we offer a small delivery charge of $5 for local orders. if you do not live in saskatoon, call or email us and we can sort out shipping. at this time, we ship to canada and the united states.

returns

we make your products as your order them, so returns are available only if the product is damaged during transportation.  if the product is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact ardorhomegoods@gmail.com right away and take a photo of how the goods were when they were delivered. we want to get things sorted out so you can get your goods asap.

time

orders will be processed in 5 - 7 business days on average. smaller orders may be processed faster, depending on stock availability, while larger orders may take longer. we keep our current stock updated on our website inventory, if you would like to order something that we do not currently have in stock, please email us! it can take up to 4 weeks for us to make your items and get them to you.

variation

concrete has variations in color and consistency depending on a large number of factors. we take great care to minimize these variables and produce a consistent product, however we cannot guarantee a perfectly consistent appearance.

color

two tone items are one of a kind pieces. if you place an order for the two tone color, we will craft something for you that looks cool. if you have a special request, please contact us so we can make it the way you’d like. if you request a two tone piece that we do not have it stock, it may take between 2 and 4 weeks to produce due to the concrete curing times.

What are “seconds”? 

Seconds are pieces that we have created and love but unfortunately have tiny defects. These defects don’t mean that anything is seriously wrong with the product, but just that we don’t feel right selling it at full price. Some examples of why a product might be labelled as a “second” are scratches, hairline cracks, more air bubbles in the surface than we would like, little chips or minor discolouration. These are minor imperfections only, and if an item is beyond saving, you won’t find it in the “seconds” category.
